Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Apps for Business, Business Standard, and Business Premium are available for monthly or annual payment plans.
- Payment according to the monthly agreement: You will pay on a monthly basis, and you can cancel anytime.
- Payment according to the annual agreement: You will register for usage for one year, but you can choose to pay monthly or pay for the entire year at once when registering. There is a discount for selecting these payment options.
Microsoft 365 Enterprise plans, Office 365 Enterprise (including standalone plans like Exchange Online), and Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise are available for annual commitment payment.

Microsoft 365 will work without an internet connection or not.
The Office apps you install on your PC or Mac, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are available for your use even when you’re offline.
You will have access to your files stored on OneDrive when offline with Microsoft 365. Any changes you make while offline will be synced with OneDrive and all your devices when you reconnect.
You can read incoming emails or compose new emails and schedule meetings using Outlook. Your inbox and outbox will sync with your other devices when you reconnect.
